Vision, Values, Ethos & Mission

A statement on our schools ethos and values.

Our vision recognises the uniqueness of each person.  Our children themselves have captured the essence of our vision in their shared Vision Statement:

‘In the footsteps of Jesus, at the heart of our community.’

Our children are at the centre of everything we do at St John Boste Catholic Primary School. These are their words, their thoughts, our shared mission.

“Our school is a special place where everyone is welcome. We come every day to learn and play. We do fun activities and learn important things.”

“Our children act with kindness, and we all have kind hearts. We learn to be nice. We have special friends and we are encouraged to help each other.”

“We are all very different and all equally as special.”

“We learn how to be good people and how to look after our Earth.”

“Our adults are kind, supportive, caring and knowledgeable. They keep us safe. They respect us and take time to listen to us.”
